How far in advance do you need the address?
Four to six weeks before you want to hand it over. If you know the closing date at contract, that is usually plenty.
Do you really only need the address?
For most homes, yes. We work from aerial and street imagery to build the massing and elevations. Photos help with recent work or unusual materials.
Can I get my brokerage logo on the base?
Yes. The base plate can carry the address, the closing date, your name and your logo.
Do you do volume pricing?
