Most of what we make is a gift. This part of the work is different, and we treat it that way — no rushing, no upselling, and an honest answer up front about whether your photographs are enough to get a likeness worth having.

Can you work from old or low-quality photographs?
Usually. Send whatever you have and we will tell you honestly whether there is enough to work from before you pay anything. We would rather say no than deliver something that does not look like them.
Can an urn actually hold ashes?
Yes. Urns are built as sealed vessels with a capacity we size to your needs, shaped like the car, the boat or the object that meant something.
Can you make several matching pieces for the family?
This is one of the most common things we are asked for — one urn and a set of smaller replicas so everyone has something. We have done runs of a dozen and more.
How long does it take?
4–6 weeks is normal. If you are working to a service or an anniversary, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
