What photos work best?
A clear side-on shot and a clear head-on shot, at the pet's eye level, in daylight. Markings need to be visible.
Can you do this from old photos of a pet that has passed?
Yes, and we do it often. Send whatever you have — we will tell you honestly whether there is enough to work from before you order.
